Nice tea. Loved the apple addition. I added the slices in the pot of water and brought it to a boil, then added them to a tea strained that held the chamomile. LOVE that I can make this myself and not rely on prepackaged tea bags. I know the flowers from my garden are definitely organic. I had to use dried flowers that I dried myself a few months ago. So I used a scant Tbsp instead of 2 Tbsp. Came out very nice and really relaxed me and helped me sleep well. Much better than any pill and healthier! Thank you so much Sharon!

I have a cold and was making a trip to the health food store for herbs today, so decided to try this. I couldn't get chamomile fresh but used 1 Tbs dried instead. The apples made a nice flavorful addition. Don't know yet how it will affect my cold, but the tea was quite relaxing.

This tea has such a great scent and flavor--I really enjoyed it! But it would've never occured to me that chamomile and apple would go together so well, and now I wonder if they could be paired in other recipes--like pie or quick bread? Hummm... Thanks Sharon123 for a delightful recipe, and some food for thought too!

Wonderfully delicious tea! I used dried chamomile flowers and about 1 tbsp of honey as I like sweet tea. I also added 1 tsp coffeemate for a creamy texture. The apple/chamomile combination is so wonderful. Thanks Sharon, for yet another keeper recipe!

Simple to make and deliciously different thanks to the flavour provided by the sliced apples. I used dried chamomile.
