Loved these potatoes lightly flavored with a hint of fresh rosemary! I served these for supper, but in the future, I will serve them for breakfast. The bacon flavored potatoes would pair perfectly with eggs and this recipe is so simple it would make the perfect breakfast potato dish. Thanks for another wonderful recipe, lazyme!

These potatoes were delicious! I accidentally made my potato cubes a little too big so I had to cook about 15 minutes longer but it didn't matter - they were terrific!

Mmmm, yum!! These were a hit! So very crunchy on the outside yet creamy on the inside. I omitted the salt at first because I thought the saltiness from the bacon would be enough...but then lightly sprinkled with Maldon sea salt when serving. I served mine along some grilled rump steak and salad but I could eat these as a stand alone lunch or light meal. I also like Bev's idea of serving them at breakfast/brunch. Thanks for sharing!

We quite enjoyed these potatoes. I served on Boxing Day with leftover turkey and gravy. The flavour is quite nice. I didn't really think the bacon added much of a flavour element - although, I suppose the bacon fat was what made the potatoes crispy.

Iceland reveres the potato, but did not use them as part of breakfast dishes till I arrived & served DH fried potatoes as a side, in a fritatta or burrito, etc. Now he wants them all the time & esp likes having guests for brunch so he can hear the sounds of palate pleasure. He loved this recipe (me too)! No toast needed for this breakfast - I served w/just cheesy scrambled eggs & a little fruit. He wants to have breakfast guests soon so we can share w/them, so thx for sharing w/us.
