I added 5 cloves of garlic and 3 crushed red peppers. Made for a very wonderful side dish with plenty of flavor. We will be making this many times.

Ann, this was outstanding. Took notice of the other comment, and cooked 2 (1 each) for Russell and I. I'm not a huge fan of zuccs but this won me over. I can also imagine the sauce on green beans (another veg I'm not fond of), lightly blanched brocolli, or asparagus. Next time, I will sub the broth for fish sauce.

Was a wonderful recipe. I didn't have the peanuts so used peanut butter instead and was excellent. Glendap

This side dish is fantastic! The kids weren't crazy for it, so I ate it for three days with three different meals and it went well with all of them! Yum!

Fantastic! This is my new favorite way to prepare zuccs. I used 4 zucchinis, and doubled the sauce recipe. I served it with Sauteed chicken with spicy peach sauce (#87256) and Sweet potatoes with red curry paste (#48771). The zuccs were the first to go!

I love this dish. I used 2 zucchini(julienned) and a big handful of bean sprouts, it was easy and delicious. Thanks Miss Annie!

Very different and a good way to use all those zucchinis we have in the garden! I sliced my zucchini in the food processor to save preparation time and it worked well. Pieces were smaller, but I'm sure it tastes the same. This recipe is a keeper. We like hot/spicy food a lot so I'm going to add a little more red pepper flakes the next time.

This was very simple to put together. I only had almonds in the house so I substituted them for the peanuts. It has a great flavour. Thanks for such an easy recipe.

I did not like cooked zucchini until now. I really like this recipe. I especially like the flavor of the fresh ginger and the occasional heat from the red pepper flakes. Thank you for sharing this recipe.

This dish was wonderful! A great combo of sweet and spicy. Even my non-veggie eating hubby approved. I used water instead of chicken broth, but otherwise followed the recipe. Thanks!
