We had this a potluck dinner recently and LOVED it! It had so much more flavor than the usual mashed potato casserole. The recipe I was given specified 1/2 to 1 cup of cheddar cheese. True comfort food!

This had a bit too much of a french onion dip flavor for us. I liked how easy it was though. It was a different way to serve mashed potatoes and I like to try new recipes. Thanks for posting.
