Very nice! I love the idea and the ease of this tasty dish! I did make a few changes though: at first, the meatloaf was too wet to hold together, so I mixed in another half cup of breadcrumbs and, just for kicks, a half cup of mozzarella (in addition to what lined the inside). I also used seasoned crumbs and left out the salt and pepper. Great dish! Thanks!

Wonderful presentation and taste! One of the few dishes I've made recently that totally disappeared at 1 meal. I made 1 change in the prep - I lined the baking pan with a long piece of foil then used the overhang to help me depan. Served with The Best Garlic & Chives Noodles to make a very full meal. Thanks for posting this! By unanimous vote, it will appear at my table again.

I thought maybe by covering meatloaf in crescent rolls that my 7 YO DS would magically love it. He didn't. But my 4 YO DS did, and ate every bite! DH and I both liked it too, and I think with some tweaking of the spices it could be a real family pleaser for 3/4 of us! The presentaton is great, and the recipe is just all around fun! Thanks for sharing!
