6 Reviews of Cinnamon Toast

From: Mini Chef Ty

These are good things! I cut them with cookie cutters to make all kinds shapes. I liked flipping them in the pan and my favorite part was cracking the eggs ... oh, and I liked eating them. Thank you Chef!

Thanks Kiandra for a great recipe. This was so easy to make and is just like French Toast, but with sugar. Ours were not soggy at all, in fact ours looked very much like the ones in your beautiful photograph. The trick may be to use a large skillet that spreads the butter/oil mixture out over the surface. We made 6 servings and everyone loved it! Thanks for posting!

These little gems were delicious. I had a smaller star cutter so I cut the star from the middle, and used the outside bread too. I am going to use this same mix on french bread. Thank you so much, my little one sure enjoyed it.

ATTENTION! Kids and Moms and those who know them and/or LOVE them! This is ONE FABULOUS recipe! Kiandra! What a WONDERFUL recipe you have here! We - my 20 yr old dd and I- had a great time making this for an adored little tike. He inhaled these and wanted MORE! Not only are these YUMMY they are fun to make. Using the cookie cutter was a very smart idea! I bet you had as much fun as he did cutting out the shapes and it makes the recipe really special. This is similar to French toast in that it is dipped in egg BUT adding the cinnamon sugar is a REAL tummy pleaser! Way to go! This is a real kid friendly recipe. Oh and it is a GREAT adult friendly recipe too! My little buddy said to tell you.. MMMMMMM! That is all he could say because his mouth was full! He knows it is bad manners to talk with your mouth full! hehehe Thank you so much Kiandra!

Sorry to rate so low, but these just didn't work. There was way to much butter and they didn't fry. They just turned into greasy/butter flops of bread.

Sorry I have to agree with Jessica! I had hopes for this to work out but it was a soggy mess. Thanks anyway!
