This was so delicious! I used diced zucchini, carrot and red bell pepper in place of celery and green pepper. It was a delicious addition to our chicken stir-fry.

I didn't have celery so I used 1 bell green pepper and 1 red. Butter instead of margarine (always butter for me :p ) Very delicious and fast to do.

The flavor of this was great. Very easy to put together, but the time needed to be adjusted for my microwave, so I ended up over cooking it.
But that was my fault not the recipe's, I should have known better. I will make this again adjusting the time.

Reviewed for Zaar World Tour 3 Very easy to make and the directions were clear. The rice had a great flavour- reminded me of packeted "rice-a-riso". Makes 4 small serves

I love pilaf dishes, and this was no exception. It was so simple to make. Next time, I will reduce the bouillon to maybe 1 tsp. because it tasted a little too salty for me.
