I knew when I read the onion bagels for the croutons that this was a "must try." My kitchen smelled great even before dinner. I served this with chicken tetrazzini and peas for an easy entertaining dinner. The dressing had the non-mayo Caesar flavor that we enjoy and the croutons were outrageously good! I served an extra bowl of the croutons on the side, too, and they got eaten up. Thanks Pattikay in L.A. for posting! Roxygirl

I LOVE salads and this one is definitely going into my rotation. The dressing tastes so fresh and light, I love the garlic and lemon. And the croutons...oh my goodness!!! (I now see what you mean about eating them all before you make the salad!)
Absolutely yummy! I baked the croutons for 20 minutes and added some grilled chicken to the salad before serving. Wonderful recipe! Thanks pattikay.

What a great salad! The onion bagel croutons really make the salad. It was very easy to put together and I made as posted ~ I used 2 bags of romaine. Thanks so much for posting!!!

Loved the croutons in this recipe. I used a baby spinach spring mix salad since that looked the best at the store, made the dressing as written and the croutons. Thought the dressing needed something but wasn't sure what. Didn't really taste like a Caesar dressing but pretty good. thanks for sharing.

I cut the dressing recipe in half, used 1/2 of a bagel (ate the other half for breakfast), and made 1 salad for my lunch. I added 1/2 cup chopped turkey left from Super Easy Crock Pot Turkey Breast #206176. I plan to make another tomorrow for lunch with the leftover dressing. Very tasty salad and the croutons were excellent. Made for Holiday Tag. Thanks for sharing Pattikay!

The onion bagel croutons are to die for! Will definitely be making them again. The dressing, however, was just okay.
