This had a very nice flavor loved by young one and us not so young. I am going to add some pine nuts in this next time I make it.

This is really good! I added a minced clove of garlic a minute before adding the liquids to give it a bit of fragrance. I also kept it on the stove top, bringing the heat down to it's lowest and putting a lid on. Leave for fifteen minutes then fluff and serve. Delicious. Also some toasted almonds on top make it. I think next time I would use fresh herbs instead and stir them in at the very end before serving. Thanks for a great recipe!

This rice is amazing! Living in Panama we eat rice with almost every meal and I love it but the same old recipes get boring. This is a wonderful addition to any meal and I will use it regularly. Guests raved, husband oooed and ahhhed - thank you! love it! love it! love it!

I will be preparing this rice dish again!! I didn't change a thing in Miss Nezz's recipe and won't in the future. It is perfect as is. I served the rice pilaf as a side dish to grilled pork chops. Mmmh...

This easy baked rice dish was very flavorful; a great dish to serve with any chicken, beef or fish dish. I bet some fresh minced garlic would go nicely in this rice. It makes a lot too. Thanks, Mizz Nezz!

Superb recipe. We truly enjoyed this along with some glazed halibut. It was the perfect complement and the herbs kept it light and fresh tasting. Thanks once again MizzNezz for such a great addition to our recipe collection! Dianne

Really delicious. I had everything on hand. Made this with beef broth to have with some beef kabobs. Also, I made it on stove top which took about 20-25 minutes.

My husband loved this rice. Which means I will be making it again. Next time I think I will add a little more seasoning for more taste. Thank You!
