This chicken was great!! I used chicken breast tenders too. I sprayed my pan with Pam and cooked for 20 minutes, turning chicken half way through. Also,I just dropped the chicken pieces into the zip lock bag and shook to coat the chicken. This came together very quickly and I'm sure I'll be making it again. Thanks!!

YUM!!! This was incredibly easy and oh so tasty! I omitted the pepper just because of preference. I used 1 boneless skinless chicken breast and adjusted the ingredients - put it all in a ziploc bag and shook it. Came out so tender and juicy. Thanks for posting!

This was excellent. I used this to put on top of Chunky Caesar Salad for a complete one plate meal. The two went so well together. For rating purposes, I tried this recipe separate from the other and we loved it. I cut my chicken into strips and then doubled the breading because there were more pieces to cover. Because we like a little spice, I used 1/2 paprika and 1/2 cayenne pepper to give it a little zip. I'll be making this again. Thanks Lainey

Very good! Easy to prepare - I used chicken tenders so they only needed to cook 15 minutes - I'll fix this again...thanks!

This chicken had a wonderful flavor. I used cutlets instead of chicken breasts as well, but they were thick so I cooked them for the whole 25 minutes. Super easy and super quick for those crazy nights! Thanks for a great WW Dinner!

I have to give this a 5 star rating. I found that it was full of flavor. It was nice and moist plus it was tender. I did toss it around in the bag with all the coating mixture. Saved a plate...
This will be made again. Easy dish to prepare on a work night. Thanks Laniey6605 for posting.

When I was preparing the coating, I took one look at it and thought there was NO WAY it would be enough to coat 4 large chicken breasts. I was WRONG (don't tell my husband I admitted it). It was perfect. I did the shake and bake method and it was sooo easy to clean up. The chicken was even better the next day! This is definately going on the regular rotation.

A delicious, lighter fare. I served it with cheesy broccoli and Alaskan Beer Bread (#35390).

Delicious chicken recipe. Something different! Very quick and easy to make. Would never know this is "diet" food. All 4 of my kids and husband love it and even request it for dinner. Thanks!
