I really liked this. It reminded me of pizza with a potato crust. The recipe turned out perfectly without any changes. Today my dh warmed up the leftovers and told me to come back and change my review. He was recovering from the stomach flu when we first had it and after eating the leftovers said "This stuff is awesome, what was I thinking??" Obviously, the flu had affected his appetite. My picky kids wouldn't eat it, but I'll be making it again. Next time I think I will cut back a bit on the cheese and add some bulk sausage. Also, the leftovers were great!

This was so easy, so fast and so delicious! I cut it down and made it just for one. I cooked it in a round pan on the stove and it came out perfectly. I did add only white cheese and some green onions on top! Thanks Debber for sharing your yummy recipe!

We liked this dish, though I forgot to add the Italian seasonings. sigh. I think I will add some salt to the potato layer next time. And add the Italian herbs! Reviewed for ZWT4.
