42 Reviews of Quick n Easy Quiche Crust

From: Scarlett Muslima

An excellent recipe masha'Allah. So easy to make. But I make it with at least half as much flour otherwise I find it doesn't have the right consistency to roll it out. By the way, a tip is to roll it out between two plain sheets of baking paper, it works really well and is much less messy.

This only takes 5 minutes to prepare and is super easy. Really nice consistency and worked really well. Tastes good too!

This crust is perfect and so easy. I had my doubts (in my own abilities) that it was going to work but my very first quiche was a great sucess and was so tasty in this crust. This will be the only crust I'll use with quiches. So happy to have found this recipe. Thanks Elizabeth!

Great! I used Canola Oil and it worked fantastically. Husband loved the crust!

This is a great, easy crust. I use it with Basic Quiche, and cook the quiche at 400 degrees for 25-35 minutes.

This was so easy! It turned out as flaky as me. So if I (the queen of cooking goof-ups) can make this homemade crust, you can too! Wonderful, and fail proof! Thanks Elizabeth, it's a keeper!

Fast and simple. I would definitely do this again. I rolled the dough till it was quite thin and made a stack of mini quiches. Yummy.

At first I was confused. What? You don't bake, or at least parpake it first? You just put the quiche mixture on the raw dough? Impossible! But yes, I did the recipe exactly as written for a spinach, feta and tomato quiche I made and it turned out FABULOUS. Crispy, flaky, tasty.
