i love sloofy's mac & cheese! maybe i'm supposed to say that 'cause he's my fiance, but it's the truth! don't believe me, try it yourself! i previously had only experienced traditional mac & cheese, which is much heavier and richer. i love both, but honestly prefer this recipe, do to it's flavor. it's super-duper yummy!

very good, very quick - the fontinella was a surprise, since I had never tried any before. I bought it special for this recipe. I saved 1 cup of the pasta water to add later when I warmed it up, made it nice and creamy.
