I would be remiss to award this soup less than 5 stars - It is so quick & easy to prepare and it is very very tasty - The most tedious part is peeling the garlic - the most enjoyable?- Eating it. Garlic lovers unite for this winning recipe Thanks Mrs G for another winner

    I was looking for a soup recipe to use up some fresh green beans and this was it. Very easy. Delicious.
