This made me feel so good! A great no guilt smoothie unless of course you need to add pepper vodka to make a really good Bloody Mary! LOL! I cut the worcestershire in 1/2, omitted the salt and pepper used a whole lime that I removed the peel. Blended with 6 ice cubes for a instant drink/meal! No waiting!
And with the nutritions facts......I Drank the whole thing!!!!! Yes all four servings over 2 hours.
Sharon,
Thanks for a wonderful drink.

This is so good. I blended mine with ice too. I also used V8 juice, really healthy and a great pick me up.

This was a pleasant surprise. I was wondering if I would like it, and I do. I cut in half, used 1 seeded tomato, a yellow pepper, some dried minced onion, 1 T lemon juice. Turned out great! I think 4 servings are 4 small servings. This didn't quite fill up my glass. Update: I tried this with V8 juice and doubling the cuckes. I think I actually like it better with the fresh tomato - it's thicker, more like a smoothie. With juice, it comes out like spiced up tomatoe juice.
