This was really fun to do - after I figured out that I was using the wrong gelatin! Make sure that you don't get the stuff that says it's for nails, get regular old Knox Gelatine. The tast is very nice and it's a nice refreshing treat that could easily be a good dessert. I'm anxious to make it again with different colors. Thanks, Chilicat..I'm so glad I got a photo for you!
