Wow are these ever delicious! my DH and DH loved these sandwiches, the combo of pesto and sun-dried tomatoes really adds so much flavor to the salmon, I tripled the amount of canned salmon but still only used 1/2 cup pesto, also I kept the sun-dried tomatoes at 1/3 cup, my family loved this, thanks for sharing twissis!...Kitten

Great sandwich recipe!! We loved the combination of pesto, salmon and sun dried tomatoes! Used the whole can for both of us and used two nice slices of a loaf of French bread. My bf added some pickles to the mix. Thanks twissis - those are great!!

Not your average salmon sandwich. Loved the pesto in this, but then again I love pesto in just about everything. LoL! I used round focaccia bread. Delicious.
