I made this recipe to copy a well known burrito chain for one of my sons birthdays(today). It is perfect and so much easier to prepare than I thought it would be. Tastes excellent!!!

I LOVE making rice this way and I'm not even a big fan of cilantro. But it's GREAT here! Really goes great with marinated grilled flank steak!

Wow! My family is not big on rice, but really enjoyed this. I made this to go with the Tequila-Lime chicken and both dishes were a real hit.
