This recipe is outstanding. We go to Morton's in Houston every anniversay and enjoy the sea scallops with apricot chutney as an appetizer. BonnieZ has the apricot chutney nailed. The only difference is they wrap the scallops with cooked bacon strips. To add the bacon...microwave strips of bacon til brown and immediately wrap each already broiled scallop and secure with a toothpick. Now that completes this incredible Morton's appetizer!
