Made this for dinner tonight and I had to get on here and post 5 stars. So simple and yet so good, I did add about a TBSP of Italian seasoning which complimented it nicely. I love that with the potatoes it really makes it more a full meal. The family and kids (believe it or not) loved it. I will be making this one again, thanks for posting. Leanne

This was so easy and so good. I didn't dice potatoes big and I added a can of diced tomatoes and a sliced onion. After sitting overnight, it was even better! This is a keeper, DH loved it!Thanks!

Easy and delish! I used bulk (no casing) green pepper and onion turkey sausage instead of Italian, so therefore I used a little less fresh pepper. Still exceptionally yummy (and I'm not a huge sausage fan!). After the sausage was done browning, I just added everything else with it and simmered it all together for 20 mins. Thanks for another winning recipe, MizzNezz!

I did a search today for a recipe to use my Sweet Italian sausage and this was the first one I saw where I had all ingredients on hand. All I can say is Wow!! Both my husband and I loved it. I did use Turkey Italian Sausage and completely left out the oil. I simply sprayed my non-stick skillet with a little cooking spray and then browned the sausage slowly til it released a little of its own fat, then turned up the heat a little. i also left the sausage in the skillet while cooking the rest of the ingredients and was happy with the end result.

I liked this very much. I only used 1 large potato and I put it in the microwave for 2 minutes first so that I could reduce the cooking time. I used half of the soup mix and half of the water. I don't think I used a whole pound of sausage. It ended up making about three servings or two large servings. Thanks for a speedy and yummy dish.

I made this with Polish sausage as I didn't have Italian sausage. It was still very good!

This was really good and easy. My DH unexpectedly had to eat on the run, so I put this in a flour tortilla with some shredded cheddar. He told me later that they were really good burritos!!!

This was easy and exceptionally tasty. A great recipe for new cooks, but tasty enough to satisfy anyone!
