These are fantastic! I was not sure what the end result was going to be, but was pleasantly surprised! I cooked them until they were a nice golden brown like we like our potato fries. They were crunchy on the outside and firm on the inside. The four year old ate them like fries. The best part is that they are not fried and I was not left wishing I had just fried them instead of baking them. I did not use cornstarch as I was out and I don't think it affected the recipe. Thank you Pot Pie! You are a cooking Diva!

The thinner ones came out very tastey, so that is the key...make sure you cut them thin enough. The thicker ones were too mushy. Also, mine had a lot flour left on some of them, so make sure you get as much excess flour-mixture off as possible. We also added more garlic powder and some cayenne for extra flavor. I could do with more spices, maybe even a cajun seasoning to go with some fish. I definitely will make this again, and hopefully they will all come out crispy.

I made these last night to go with hamburgers. I tasted a couple right out of the oven and they were so good-- super crunchy & really flavorful. However, I made the mistake of keeping them in the oven on warm b/c my hubby was late in getting home from work for dinner. When I served them, they were a bit soggy. Even so, Hubby went back for seconds and asked me to make them again. Next time I will just make sure to pop them in the oven right before serving them. Thanks for posting this!

i dunno what i did wrong, but when i baked them, they weren't turning golden brown color. they were just dry/flour-y. so, i ended up spraying some canola spray on them, then they turned nice and golden/crispy. turned out tasty! maybe i whipped the egg white too stiff??? i give 5 stars because i think i did something wrong. the flavor was great!! i'll try again!!

I wish I had read the reviews before I made these. They were good, however, definitely needed MUCH more time to cook (45 minutes) and I too had issues with lots of excess flour. Once they cooked they were very tasty. I will try these again with the above mentioned changes. Thanks for good recipe. I think I will try Lowry's seasoned salt.

Delicious! Great way to serve zucchinis! I sprayed them with a bit of olive oil just to make them crunchier - I also added a lot of cayenne pepper as I love spicy food! Thanks for a great recipe Chef PotPie!

These were great, even the kids ate them and seconds too. I made them with rice and soy flour mixture due to food allergies, and they were great, used garlic salt, didn't have the garlic powder, they were wonderful!

Thanks for a fun new way to eat zucchini! I omitted the salt, but otherwise followed the instructions as-is. It was quick and easy.

I baked some chicken strips (seasoned with Old Bay) and served these wrapped with the chicken in a wheat tortilla. The result was pretty good!

Made for ZWT4...These were pretty good but they did not get nice and crisp like I wanted. Even after cooking for 45 minutes. Next time I would be sure I wipe off any excess flour.
