Outside of eating a tomato, warm, right off the plant, this is indeed the best! Lovely with different tomatoes, and with the fresh mozzerella balls in it. Good olive oil and a bit of salt and pepper and it's perfect. Super easy to make.

Different enough to make me want to try it. So camping would be a great time to try this.
