7 Reviews of Raspberry Dressing (Vinaigrette), No Added Sugar

From: GaylaJ

This was quite good! Although I loved the simplicity of it, I was afraid it may lack in depth and was tempted to add to it. I kept with the recipe, though, and it was delicious served over Toasted Walnut Salad With Mandarin Oranges and Gorgonzola Cheese. If you are needing a dressing with a complex flavor, this one probably won't suit the need. However, if your salad already has a nice variety of flavors on its own and you are looking for something simple to complement it, this is a good one. I used a natural all-fruit seedless raspberry spread. About the oil, this is one you do not want to sub olive oil in (unless, maybe, you have the light kind). I automatically reached for the extra-virgin olive oil without thinking. The olive oil was too strongly flavored for this, and also, since it was so green, it turned the dressing a funny color. Fortunately, this is super quick to make, so I just mixed another batch using canola oil. Anyway, we really enjoyed it--thanks for sharing the recipe!

This is a great dressing SB...And an added bonus is that it's virtually guilt-free. The only added fat is the good kind from the oil. I dabbedthis on a bed of mixed greens with mushrooms, grape tomatoes, celery and carrots. Wonderful, Wonderful...and I TY for posting.~ Made for PRMR.

Simple and delicious. I love that it used ingredients I already had on hand. I served it over mixed greens and baby spinach with some chopped walnuts. Simple and satisfying. Thanks for sharing!

This was easy to make and really tasted good - a nice change from my usual oil/vinegar dressing. I used Crofter's Organic Raspberry Fruit Spread (no sugar added), but only 1 tablespoon as I tasted and thought it was already sweet enough for my tastes. In fact, I think this would be equally delicious with balsamic vinegar or red wine vinegar. I will make this again! Made for PRMR Tag Game.

Who knew great raspberry vinaigrette could be so easy? Do you know what they want for a bottle of raspberry vinaigrette? This recipe is a great find.

I love this dressing! I made it for Thanksgiving and it was easy and delicious. It's so much better than bottled raspberry dressings. I will make this again and again.

This dressing is divine!! What a snap to throw together too! I made this and served on plain romaine. However, next time, I think this would be fantastic with lettuce and walnuts and bleu cheese. It would still be diabetic friendly too! Can't wait to make this for my diabetic dad! Thanks for posting Sweet Baboo! Great addition to the Zaar!
