This is wonderful! I used 7-Up and a inexpensive white wine. Love the flavor or the cranberry juice! There is a cranberry cherry juice I saw that I want to try next, add ice and blend in the blender! Thank you twissis!!

I can't believe I forgot to review this. I've been fixing it for over a year now and my DH and I both really like it, especially when we're doing some grilling outside. It's so refreshing and light tasting, and as a diabetic, I find that it's very appropriate on my diet because I use a sugar-free cranberry juice. I've also started freezing this (using a botttle of wine, 2 cans of Fresca and 2 bottles of sugar free Cranberry Juice Cocktail, then scraping with a fork) It works great either frozen or over ice. This is definitely my kind of drink and I thank you a thousand times for posting this recipe, twissis!

I just had to try this as soon as I saw it - had all the ingredients, was busy in the kitchen, it was a very hot Friday afternoon and I needed a refreshing drink! I used a dry Riesling for the wine. This is a great combination, it strikes a perfect balance - not too tart, not too sweet, not too bubbly, just right. The perfect summer drink! Thank you so much for posting twissis!

MP, are you trying to lead me down the road to perdition ?
If so, I'm following ! This goes down so smooth & easy. I made a double, (well maybe a triple)put it in my big insulated mug (with the Dallas Cowboys logo, of course) & sipped through a straw while I cleaned house today. How redneck is that, ya'll? LU!

Stormylee's comment was right on - not too tart, sweet or bubbly. It won't get you drunk either:D I made this extra light and refreshing by using diet sprite and a light cranberry juice. I also used a New Zealand sauvignon blanc and included a mint sprig.

This is a surprise for me. I don't normally drink wine coolers because I don't like white wine. This is good! It isn't too sweet, nor does it taste strongly of wine. I used a B & G 2003 Chardonnay & Sprite. Very quick to make, very tasty and refreshing. Kate, a fittingly named treat. Thanks, Twiss! (Next time will try with ginger ale! NUM!)

I loved this. How refreshing and what a nice fruity flavor. Not to mention I haven't bought fresca in such a long time and forgot how much I liked it! Thanks for a new way with wine (not that I probably need a new way, but that is another story for another time.)

Yummmm! I used a fairly inexpensive chard with Sprit Zero & Cranberry juice. Very refreshing on a HOT day!
