Extremely moist and very flavorful! I mixed the ingredients in the traditional order...creaming butter and sugar, adding egg, milk, juice and zest, then mixing in the dry ingredients. We were very pleased the results and I'll definitely be making it again! Thanks for sharing this delicious recipe!

We made this with raspberries, actually, instead of blueberries and it turned out great. We loved how strong the orange flavor in this was, from the juice and 2 TBS of zest. I used fresh orange juice. Really good, nice and sweet, with great strong flavors. BF was wild about this one. Thanks!

This is yummy! Smells heavenly cooking, too. I tossed the dry ingredients together before mixing in the wet ones. (I got two tablespoons of zest from 2 medium oranges, and 1/4 cup juice from about 1-1/2 of those oranges.) Baked for about 45 minutes in a greased 8x8 pyrex pan and cut into squares. I agree that the flavors are nice and strong - I'm sure it helps that I am using fresh blueberries. Thanks for posting! This was easy and delicious.

very good! I couldn't wait til it was cool before I had to try a slice! I substituted 3/4 c whole wheat for 3/4 cup white flour. Thanks for the recipe!

It was good. I made as written even though I questioned the 3 tsp of baking powder. There are other recipes on this site that use 1/2 cup orange juice and 2 eggs-- I might try one of those next time. But the whole family enjoyed the treat.

I altered this just slightly based on my ingredient options and still thought it was wonderful! So did all the people at the social event.
