Thanks so much for sharing this recipe-- it's become one of my favorite things to make. After marinating, I pop it on the Foreman grill and it only takes minutes to cook, then I serve it on top of rice. I also found that I like substituting feta cheese for the romano. Great, easy recipe!!

Wonderful! I only had 2 hours to marinate, but the flavors were fabulous. Served along with grilled veggies, great summer dish!

I loved this. I didn't make the tomato basil butter, but will try it next time for sure. I only marinated this for 3 1/2 hours and it still came out great. I used a combination of basil and thai basil (home grown!) for the marinade - great flavour!

Delicious! I used 4 large chicken breasts and halved the amounts for the tomato basil butter. This was so quick and easy to make and a great way to use up the abundance of basil growing in my garden. The chicken was very flavorful on its own, but the tomato basil butter made it special. My family loved this and gave it 2-thumbs up. Thank you for sharing this wonderful recipe...it is definitely a keeper!

I tried it and it was very good. I used parm/romano cheese. I marinated the chicken for about 6 hours or so and then cooked it on my George Foreman. Very nice! Thanks for posting!

This was great, hubby thinks I should be able to give it 6 stars. Super easy to put together. I thought it was a little excessive to put the butter ontop of the chicken which already had melted mozzarella but I did it anyways and it was delicious. I used the left over butter for my broccoli.

Fantastic! I marinated my chicken overnight. The flavors were fabulous! The chicken was wonderful but the tomato basil butter really made this recipe rock! My husband is pretty picky... but he told me to keep this recipe and make it again. Thanks so much for sharing.
