Outstanding zucchini recipe. I had just picked a bushel of fresh tomatoes, so I used one large tomato chopped, in place of the cherry tomatoes. Otherwise I followed this recipe exactly. There is so much flavour in this dish and it is low calorie too. Thanks for the recipe.

A colourful and flavourful dish, followed the instructions exactly apart from I used a red onion as i didn't have any green ones. Everything else came from the garden and was delicious! Thank you evelyn/athens

This is a great side dish for this time of year. It's colorful, easy, tasty, and quick. We served it alongside a veggie chicken patty on a bun with fixins.

I was looking for a recipe to use cherry tomatoes from my garden that I currently have a surplus of. This was a easy and delicious side dish that fit the bill. I followed the recipe exactly and it turned out great. Thank you for a yummy summer dish! I will definitely make this again

I made the Middle Eastern version of this salad. I liked this better as it cooled down as I could taste more of the flavors. I made this for the ZWT III 2007 game - North Africa & the Middle East Region
