Extremely quick and as you write in your intro especially delicious after a curry meal. I used ginger marmalade and the stated amount of brown sugar. It turned out too sweet for me, so I mixed in some more yogurt, but the result was still too sweet for my taste. I will start with just 1/2 tablespoon sugar (when using ginger marmalade) if I make this recipe again. I guess it is less sweet when using crystalised ginger, though. Thank you for a quick treat.

Love it, Love it!!! I'm a not-so-closet ginger eater so this was right up my alley. I used crystallized ginger so didn't use quite the full amount of brown sugar. It's just perfect! Thanks so much for this idea!

I made this with the last of Make Your Own Greek Yoghurt Make Your Own Greek Yoghurt. I used chopped crystallized ginger and ate it with cherries, wild blueberries and blackberries that I picked just the other day. The yogurt really goes well with berries and the ginger! Thank you Bayhill for posting!!!

From someone who loves eating crystallized ginger right out of the jar (when no one's looking, of course), this is another great use for that wonderful spice/condiment/finger food (shhhh!)
I followed the recipe exactly, and it was just great on top of my fresh kiwi, blueberries, and cherries. Thanks!! ETA: Today I mixed this into my oatmeal...added some fruit and YUM!!

Terrific made with non-fat Greek yogurt and crystallized ginger and just a smidgeon of brown sugar. Lovely flavor--especially with some lovely fresh mint from the garden.

I made this with crystallised ginger and greek yogurt. I didn't use much brown sugar, as I don't like things too sweet, and it was delicious!

Bayhill, I made this for the ZWTII. This was wonderful. I think I might try adding this to frozen Berries and place it in my Blender for a Great Smoothie!!
