I made this for Zaar World Tour III yummy and healthy Cauliflower recipe and was easy to make. Kept the recipe even added the cayenne peppers, Little Miss (DD) didn't eat this as likes her cauliflower dish plain but we enjoyed the jazzed up Cauliflower. Thank you Sharon123

This is simple, quick, and delicious. The shallot adds just the right amount of onion flavor, and the capers give it a satisfying saltiness. Thanks for posting; I really enjoyed this side dish.

This is a definate like. I steamed the cauliflower in a steamer basket and followed the recipe as written. My head of cauliflower may have been a little on the small side as I seemed to have quite a bit of vinaigrette left. Made for ZWTIII. Thanks Sharon! See you soon.

Wonderful!! This had a marvelous flavor - and I found that the vinaigrette was not quite enough for one whole head of cauliflower so would double it in the future. I also cut my cauliflower in slightly smaller florets and found that the tiny bits of caper, garlic and shallot entered the nooks and crannies very nicely This will be something I make again and again. I made it for a Cousins Tapas Party and it was made exactly as written. I'm so sad. There were no leftovers. I can't wait to make another batch. Thank you for a "great" recipe

Made exactly as written, and I wouldn't change a thing! Quick and easy to make, and for such strong individual ingredients, the final product had a really soft but distinctive flavour. Yummy. Thanks Sharon!
