Awesome burgers !! The whole family loved the flavour so much that I made a meatloaf using the same recipe. There is nothing like Alberta beef, and now you can enjoy the taste right in your own kitchen !!

Since I am from Alberta, I definetly had to try this recipe. Absolutely delicious, never had a burger with sour cream in the mixture. Will definetly make again, doubling or tripling the recipe, some into meatballs , maybe a meatloaf as well. Thnak you for a keeper!!

I will definitely make these again. All 4 of us really enjoyed them. The sour cream makes them moist, but it's the dijon that makes them fantastic.

These are the most moist, beautiful burgers I have ever had. I have already had them twice. No onion and mushrooms due to personal taste. The sour cream is an excellent idea.

It was a great recipe, especially when you have to use turkey burger. The addition of all of the spices, garlic and especially the sour cream made the burgers flavorable, moist and most ate seconds. I sliced the onions and served on the side with tomatoes. Thanks for posting.

I tried this recipe last night and did not like it one bit. It was bland, soggy and the burgers would not stay together. Probably the worst burger I've tried. Will not make again.
