These are so delicious. I didn't have strawberry jam so I used raspberry jam and they turned out beautifully!

This makes me look like a magician, a delicious dessert in minutes with what seems like nothing in the house! Fun!

Wow. I must say I did not know you could make biscuits in the microwave! I agree with zaar junkie that they could've used a bit more jam though. One thing I did to try to fix this was to cut the biscuit in half and situate it so that the jam was in the middle. Crazy as it sounds, I think this recipe could probably be modified to make "Yankee" dumplings or biscuits 'n' gravy... but that's just me. One thing I will suggest is that you make sure your microwave is 100% clean and doesn't smell like chicken like mine did, lol. I will probably give this another try, 'cause, if nothing else, I find it immensely fascinating.

These are adorable treats and so easy a child could make them. I didn't have berry jam, so I used lemon marmalade which worked quite well. The cake was spongey and not overly sweet. The cooking time was pretty much correct for my microwave; for cooking them all at once. I forgot to grease the cups (I used coffee mugs), but it didn't matter, they came right out, onto the serving dish. I LOVE this recipe.

I thought these were okay. There didn't seem to be enough jam in relation to bread/biscuit. Also the bread/biscuit turned a bit rubbery, maybe I cooked it too long? It was super quick and easy to make, however. It's a great idea and can be handy when you are desperate for something sweet but don't have much of anything in the house. Thank you for sharing.
