I think this would make a good marinade but I thought it had way too much Jack Daniels in it. Seemed to overpower everything else. I'll make this again but with about 1/2 the JD. thanks

Tasty sauce and easy! I used it for oven BBQ chicken. I marinated chicken pieces in it and then baked chicken, brushing more sauce on. I might add a little red chili flakes next time for some more heat Thanks, Echo, for posting this.
