This recipe is AWESOME!!! As a college student, this is a great, cheap, fast, single-serving recipe and I love it! Granted its not exactly like a cookie, its more liked baked oatmeal but I love it all the same! thanks!

This recipe is just wonderful and very clever! I love that I can make a few small bite size cookies or one large oatmeal cookie from just one package of instant oatmeal. And I love that I can use different flavors for a different taste. So far I have tried this with cinnamon, bananut nut, and regular and I love it! Thank you so much for an easy recipe. I will definately make this again and again!!

I love this cookie recipe. Being a vegan, its hard to find pre-packaged cookies at the store that do not contain milk, eggs or honey. But this recipe lets me make my own cookie really quick and does not conatin any animal products. Love it!

My 2 and 3 year olds Loved this recipe!!!!! They get to pick there own flavors of oatmeal and the ingredients are simple enough for them to make this on there own with very little help from mom! I myself have not tasted them but they smelled great and my kids think they are the best! Thanks

Great cookie for an easy snack or breakfast. I tried this with both regular and apple cinnamon oatmeal. I really preferred the apple cinnamon over the regular (no sugar, so very flat tasting). I am not a big "breakfast" fan, but I really enjoyed this cookie. I made my own applesauce from 1 apple and have enough leftovers for a cookie tomorrow. I baked it in my little toaster oven, which made it fast and easy. Perfect for those fussy teenagers or adults...like me!

Perfect for when you're craving a cookie, but don't want to make 2 dozen. Really healthy too, I can eat one of these instead of a granola bar and not feel guilty.

This was fun. It's a soft cookie, not a crunchy one - but very good. I used maple and brown sugar flavor, which was excellent. It would probably have been great with raisins or chocolate chips as well.

This was good, a little chewy but a nice snack. Mine took a little longer than 10 mins, somewhere around 15 or 20, but it could have been my oven.

We tossed our attempt(s) they were very lacking in texture and flavor. It just tasted like over cooked oatmeal.....No one liked them.
