Exactly what I've been looking for. Everyone here now always makes the rice kind, but I remember this Bisquick kind from when I was a kid. Excellent!!!

I loved this recipe, it is so easy. My mom is filipina and I grew up with this dish. I think it tastes great and I never knew it was so easy to make; since I never really watched my mom cook and learned from her. Couldn't wait to call mom and tell her that I actually learned how to cook one of her dishes. Thank you for the great recipe!
