Although I mixed the flour with a couple of tablespoons of butter, I still kept it light with milk instead of cream. I also added some fresh grated parmesan cheese. I put this over Cyn's Wild Mushroom Ravioli Cyn's Wild Mushroom Ravioli. I will certainly make this again. It was a lovely meal.
