We try to do burgers and some sort of potato on Saturday night,so I chose this recipe.I liked the fact that is was very easy to put together, and to make clean up easier I mixed everything into a plastic zipper bag.I had to bake them a little longer than the time stated,it took about 20 minutes(maybe it was my oven)The flavor wasn't quite what we had espected but fries were good none the less.I served these with Mom's Hamburgers. Thanks for posting."Keep Smiling

It sure doesn't get any easier than this. I was able to toss this together in about a minute, popped them in the oven, and voila' seasoned fries that baked right along side Baked Seasoned Salmon for our dinner tonight. Thanks Derf

A really great change to the usual frozen fries. I waited to sprinkle the parmesan on when the fries were about 5 minutes away from being done. They smelled wonderful too. I did make the mistake of timing them wrong. My fries were done about 10 minutes before the burgers got done. They are much better right out of the oven than 10-15 minutes later...so just be sure to time them right. Thanks derf for postin!

Derf, these potatoes are heavenly. Love the simple prep for such a yum yum tater. Use a Russet Potato. Gilled them. Made for Canadian Day event & BBQ/Grill event in Cooking Photos.

MMMMMMmm Such a nice change from the plain fries. I like that they are baked too, so it saves on the calories. Loved this recipe!

Simple dress up for a convenience food. Hubby wanted fries, and I just couldn't leave them alone. I prepared this with steak fries, smoked Spanish paprika, and the Parmesan cheese. I didn't feel that additional salt or pepper was needed. As a side with a salad to Fish Stick Po’ Boys With Spicy Mayonnaise, this was a good lazy night dinner.
