We went on a work retreat and everyone had to think of something to feed about 23 people, I used this recipe, it was a hit and everyone said the best one of the trip.. thanks again

Is a simple very good and easy to cook meal. We do a lot of fishing trips (just us blokes as the women won't camp) and we are always looking for simple quick meals that are a bit different. We have plenty of 'fish' recipes, but Hobo burgers are great. We've tried them with wine instead of beer on the odd ocaision. Good - very good

My recipe is very similar: Hobo Dinners – Mix hamburger with dry onion mix and mushrooms, add small potato wedges and butter. Lay out a double layer of tin foil, make a hamburger. Lay the potato wedges next to it. Bring the foil up around the dinner and form into a swan. Serve with grilled corn on the cob (pull back ears, de-silk and soak 30 minutes, then return husks around corn and grill 30 minutes.)
