Exceptional and easy. I added heavy cream to the pan juices and then reduced them. Yummy cream sauce!!! VERY easy to make.

This is really nice (and beautifully easy — it's almost a crime!). However, it's very subtle; don't serve it with anything heavy or all the flavours will be lost — just plain spaghetti worked well for me; rice would be good, or perhaps a little risotto.
