Yum! My chicken breasts were around 2 pounds of meat (big breasts!) so I did one-and-a-half portions of all the sauce ingredients. This was plenty. I also simmered it on the stove for about 10-15 minutes, instead of baking it. Finally, I tossed the chicken and sauce with a whole pound of whole wheat linguine, and it covered it all nicely. Served with steamed broccoli and cheesy garlic bread with tomato slices and basil.

Redsie, THIS WAS EXCELLENT! Pat yourself on the back...this recipe has been moved to my "All time favorite Low Fat" Cookbook. Thank you so much! I even lessened the fat by excluding the oil and only used cooking spray. I also was running short on time and did not bake the meal. I just added the sauce to the skillet and cooked through! Excellent! Thanks again!

This is awesome. A simple dish with lots of flavor. I served this over spinach fettuccine and we loved every bite. Thanks Redsie.

I had a hankering for orange chicken with broccoli, but saw this recipe and decided to try it instead. Wonderfully easy to make and delicious. I tossed some fresh broccoli with the chicken and sauce and put it in the oven. I'll make this again for sure! Thanks for sharing.

Delicious and makes a lot. I made the whole recipe and then froze in meal-size portions with the Foodsaver vacuum machine. Next time I may try cooking it from beginning to end in a large electric fry pan to eliminate the two-step process. Will definitelyy make again. Thanks, Redsie!

I'll decrease the amount of honey next time, but overall it tasted good!

Loved the dish--doubled the sauce(always do) made as directed and it was wonderful--made a second time and threw in a couple handfulls of tri colored bell pepper that I had cut up for a stir fry--nice twist--goes in the family approved repeat file--Thanks Redsie--
