This is a top notch tuna sandwich made with ingredients I usually have on hand. The sandwich is both appealing to the eye and delicious. Thanks so much for sharing. Nick's Mom

I have made this tuna a few times and each time I have made it, it was devoured before I could even get a photo of it! It is really good and I would suggest trying it if you are a fan of tuna salad!

NIce variation of the standard tuna salad. I used green onions, and had to add the eggs separately on my sandwich, as DH won't eat hard-boiled eggs. Good combination of flavors. Thanks, twissis.

This is one great tuna salad! I love all the veggies in it - I did substitute light miracle whip for the mayonnaise, and it tasted great. Thanks!

As a new convert to tuna fish (canned) I was happy to see this salad recipe that included tomatoes and cucumber and hard-boiled eggs. I used some very small diced white onion, and of course the pickle relish, which; is a must in this home. I had some fresh mild cheddar cheese that I put on top, and placed the tuna salad triumphantly perched atop iceberg lettuce and devoured this salad with some saltines. Oh this was wonderful, thanks for helping me learn to love tuna-fish even more twissis! Made for your football win, Week 15. Winter 2008.

I was craig a tuna sandwich, but didn't really want the "normal" kind. LoL! This was certainly different, but very tasty. I used some shallots instead of the onion, as I love them and I will add just a tiny bit of salt/pepper next time. I actually had some sun dried tomatoes, but opted to try the recipe as written first. I'll try them another time.

Great tuna salad! I loved the addition of the tomato and cucumber. I served the tuna mixture on top of romaine lettuce and drizzled it with a little ranch dressing. Good stuff! Thanks for sharing, twissis. **Made for I Recommend**

This was just the perfect combination for us. Loved the chopped tomatoes mixed in with the remaining ingredients. I did leave out cucumbers because they don't always like me and for diet purposes left out the cheese. Served this open face style on French Tart's Marianne Baguette - Rustic French Bread Excellent lunch. Thanks twissis
