Very tasty recipe! We tried the "stacks" first but liked them best made between two tortillas as found them crunchier that way. Good eating, and get to cut down on calories, too.

We used less tortillas because it's just the 2 of us, and the recipe is a lot of food. The next time we have guests I'll try the bigger stacks. This recipe was really good, and it was a little something out of the ordinary. It was also really easy, which is a big plus. I'll definetely make this again. Thanks!

I found this recipe in a book for slow cookers. The plan is that you are suppose to layer tin foil strips first then the tortillas (easier to pull it all out as one) or so they say. Never tried it as all I could think about was the mess on my counter. Now this one I am willing to try. Thanks for the idea.

This was a very easy, very tasty dish. It went together quickly, using ingredients I had on hand. I had larger tortillas, so scaled everything up a bit. DD isn't fond of spice, so I kept the chiles out of her quadrant, marking it off with small slits at the edge of the tortilla. None of us much like cilantro, so that was omitted entirely. I had some guacamole in the fridge, so added that to the toppers. The top layer got a bit too crunchy, so next time I think I will not put it back in the oven uncovered with the cheese for the last few minutes, but will just sprinkle some grated cheese over the top after cooking. Nice, easy recipe, Derf, thanks!

I don't like cilantro or sour cream, so I didn't use them, but used everything else. We loved these!! We didn't stack them, just served with 1 layer. Thank you.

Excellent recipe. I used grilled chicken, avocado, mushrooms, onions, re-fried beans, cilantro, and cheddar cheese. It tasted great and went well with a bit of salsa and sour cream.

Very yummy recipe. I did grill the chicken, which might seem like a lot of trouble but it was well worth it. My family loved it and I will make it again for sure. Thanks so much for posting!
