This is one of my family's favorite dishes. I usually double the seasonings-we like thing really flavorful. I usually thicken the sauce with 1-2 Tbs cornstarch stirred into a few tablespoons of water; this keeps the sauce on the pasta. I use linguine occasionally but usually use penne pasta to really hold the sauce. A really great and easy recipe.

This was really good! The sauce had a great flavor and the chicken added just the right amount of heat.I added more green onion than called for, about a cup and a half of cream which seemed right for the amount of linguini I made, and after cooking that till it thickened a bit, I added about a cup of freshly grated Parmesan-Reggiano.Yum! Garlic bread on the side, and we were all very happy. Thanks!

I thought this was great! I had never eaten or made alfredo before but it was easy and delicious. Two thumbs up!

Love love love this recipe. With a family of four this pleases all (even my picky 4 and 2 year olds!) and it's remarkably easy to make. Thanks for the submission.

Another five stars from me. I added more cajun seasoning to suit our taste and it was just great. Delicious. Thanks for posting.

I loved this recipe! I am a HUGE fan of cajun seasoning (I put it on everything..well, either that or garlic!), and this was very yummy. I think I added parmesan cheese to the cream and such. And I put more of the seasonings (though I didn't need to - and I won't next time). This ended up tasting SO good!

This was delicious! I left out the lemon-pepper as I'm not a fan. Didn't need it and didn't miss it. Thanks so much!!
