I wasn't sure how I'd like this with the raspberry jam, but that is truly what sets this apart from any other sandwich. The raspberry jam, turkey and swiss cheese go together so well. I didn't tell my husband about the raspberry jam being on the sandwich when I served it to him, but he was pleasantly surprised. He loved it. So did I. Thanks for posting!

Yummy little sandwich. I agree with PaulaG - the secret here is the sweetness imparted by the jam - a touch of genius, setting this one apart from the rest.

I used Sourdough Rosemary Potato Bread Sourdough Rosemary Potato Bread by homegirl for the bread and not having raspberry jam I broke out my last jar of Jellyqueen's Strawberry Figs Strawberry Figs. The slight sweetness is what really sets this sandwich apart. Reminds me a little of cranberry sauce at Christmas. Delicious and quick!

I grilled this in my George Foreman grill. Made as posted with fresh baby spinach leaves, this is an excellent sandwich. The raspberry jam was the best touch. I'll definitely make and enjoy this again. Thanks for posting Kelbel!

My husband, the panini king, made these tonight and they were excellent. The raspberry jam does add another dimension to this sandwich. We used baked turkey slices (we are not deli meat fans),cibatta rolls, arugula and spinach mixed, and havarti (no swiss in the house).

This is a REALLY GOOD sandwich. The jam sets it apart from other sandwiches.I cut the rounded tops off deli sandwich buns and omitted the arugula. I cooked them on the George Foreman grill for about 3 minutes. With a cup of soup, this made a great meal.

LOVED this panini. I was out of turkey so I substituted some deli chicken breast I had instead. So yummy. Thanx!
