This is a great tasting health one thanks for posting. I added zuccini and onions to it just to get more out of the pot and it was still great. I served it over pasta but I think it would be great over rice too.

5 Stars, very tasty! Garam Masala gives relief from my "samo-samo" Italian-flavored tomato and chicken, while not overpowering us. DH's Indian friends had counselled him to stick with Garam Masala instead of other curries as a full flavor without the knockout punch he experienced with many other curries. I need to get a grinder just for this kind of spice mix, as I was unsuccessful at pulverizing all my Garam Masala spices, and had little seeds popping out on the counter as I ground them into a bowl — obviously my inexperience showed. I took some for lunch and delighted that this reheated well. I would serve this with white rice. I will make this often, thanks for posting, breezermom. Made for Potluck Tag.

DH and I enjoyed trying this recipe. We aren't sure if we are big fans of garam masala or if there was just a bit too much in this dish for our taste buds. We felt that it was a very dominate flavor in the dish. But it is called Garam Masala Chicken. This was easy to prepare and cooked up quick. The chicken was very moist and tender. Thanks for posting.

This was quite delicious, I used 2 cloves fresh garlic and 1/4 t salt, as I had no garlic salt
but it did not detract from the taste. This was the first time I had used garam masala in any dish, and I really liked the result! I served this tasty chicken over Barilla Plus Rotini ~ AWESOME new keeper recipe. Thanks breezermom, made for TAG IT RED, Feb 2009!

Light tasty and easy to prepare. Like the posting chef I cubed my chicken for a shorter cooking time and greater flavor absorption. I added a minced clove of garlic along with the green onions and I think a bit of minced ginger would have pair well with the garam. I was lucky to find decent fresh tomatoes at this point in the season, but may try this with canned in the winter months.

This recipe is easilyy reduced to serve 2 and makes quick work of a weeknight meal. I used fresh garlic which was added along with the green onions. The dish was served with an Indian spiced cauliflower dish for an excellent meal.

This was super easy and so tasty! I used the Fit and Lean chicken breasts because they cook so fast! I used grape tomatoes and just halved them they made quite a presentation so brilliant and tasty because of the shorter cook time. The green onions were pretty too! I have to say the aroma in the house was unbelievable! I used to live in Saudi Arabia and it reminds me of some of the traditional food I ate while there. Mmmm good!

This was a yummy, easy recipe! I served it over quinoa. My DH, who is usually easily overwhelmed by Garam Masala, loved it. I thought it was pretty good. Probably will make it again! Thanks!
