34 Reviews of Natural No-Bake Peanut Butter Energy Bars.

These were DIVINE. I halved the recipe and it worked out perfectly. This recipe seemed like the gates to heaven when I found it (I gave up refined sugar for lent). Daddy tried them and could only take a mouthfull becasue he said they were to peanut buttery, but to be honest, that's not a complaint becasue he is not a "sweet" kind of person anyway, Mummy loved it and so did big bro. Thanks for posting. Miss Pixie x x x

These have become a staple in our house. They're so easy to put together and I love that I know all the ingredients in them, unlike the energy bars in the store. I do cut the honey down to 5/8 cup because I don't like them too sweet and because we like the firm chewy texture they have with less honey. I also add 1/2 cup of ground flax seeds. I keep them individually wrapped in the fridge for on on-the-go snack, but have no problem with them at room temperature when we grab them for later - they're just not as firm then. We like them better than store-bought, and I haven't tried adding protein powder or other mix-ins yet because they're such a hit this way!

Oh wow....I just loved these!! Halved the recipe only because I didn't have enough honey. I used quick oats but I am sure I would have loved the old-fashioned better if I had it. Thanks for sharing a great recipe! This one is a keeper for sure.

These were pretty good- sure satisfied my sweet tooth in a relatively healthy way. I ended up using crunchy peanut butter and whey powder. Also, instead of forming into bars, I rolled mine into balls.

WOW!!! very very tasty.. I was just going through the new review's and saw this recipe reviewed by Charlie Rush I had everything on hand so I had to try..PLUS I need some energy.. these are so fast it is amost a sin and only 3 ingredients..( I didn't have any protein powder) I really like these.. I might keep these in the fridge though as on my natural peanut butter it says to refridgerate it.. but I'ld have no problem tucking one into my purse and leaving it there for when I want a quick snack thank you so much for sharing this recipe...It tastes GREAT now I'm hoping for a little energy boost..

These are fantastic. I made them with chocolate protein powder and chunky peanut butter, but I'm sure they'd be just as great with smooth PB! DH loves them and so does my DD. Thanks for the great recipe!

I added 1 cup of chopped dried apricots, which balanced the sweetness of the honey perfectly. Even my grandchildren loved them.

This was great! I too cut the recipe into a small batch but since it's just me who will probably eat these-they'll last a little longer! I put these in the fridge just cuz there's more room in there & cut them into bite size pieces for portion control. Great protein snack; thanks for sharing!

I have wasted way too many ingredients trying (unsuccessfully) to find a good post-workout snack recipe. So, because of that, I prepared only a very small batch (4 bars) of this. Guess what I'm doing this weekend? MAKING A WHOLE HUMONGOUS PAN OF THESE YUMMY THINGS! Thank you so so so so much for posting this. I love it, DH loves it. I used crunchy pb because that's all I had, and I think it just made them all the more fun. Thanks times a million.
