The salad was great but I will cut the lemon juice down in the dressing a bit next time though. I used a small amount of fresh garlic in place of garlic powder, and used olive oil in place of vegetable oil, also I subbed feta cheese for blue cheese as that is all I had at the time...we enjoyed this salad Ppaperdoll! thanks, Kitten
