Excellent recipe! I was a bit concerned, having never successfully made Chinese food before, but this was easy. I will cut down the ginger a touch next time, and I added extra garlic. I reduced the amount of chicken a bit, and added broccoli in its place, and I really liked the result.

This is one of the fastest and best recipes for General Tso's Chicken. I added an extra chicken breast, since we needed 5 servings and a little extra garlic but the recipe still makes more than enough sauce. This is my husbands favorite and couldn't believe it was a WW recipe!

Very tasty! I put in more red pepper flakes and made it really spicy. I do agree with some other reviewers that the sauce is kind of thick - probably could do with less cornstarch - but we all enjoyed it very much. Thanks for posting.

Very good. It's not exactly like the General's that I'm used to, but it is still very good. Just the right amount of spice and sweet. I used Splenda instead of sugar with no noticeable difference. Fiance loved it. I will definitely make this again.

This is fantastic! That sauce is amazingly good. Very quick to put together which I love. I added organic carrots and some broccoli and served it over brown rice! It's a keeper

Fantastic! I added some diced red bell peppers for a little more bulk, and increased the amount of red pepper flakes. I thought that one serving was enough food, but my husband wanted seconds. I actually liked that the sauce was as thick as it was, so I wouldn't recommend thinning it out.

Very tasty and rated well by 2 very hungry men plus me! I made a few subs including veg oil for the peanut oil and 1 tbs brown sugar. I grilled my chicken pieces, then dipped them in the sauce before serving. I also drizzled a few tbs of sauce over some sauteed broccoli, onions and carrots. Will turn to again and again as I almost always have all the ingredients on hand.

The flavors were very similar to the real thing (of course minus the fat). My boyfriend is very hard to please and he liked it very much, esp the kick from the red pepper flakes. Next time I will double the amount. I also added more liquid (water and soy sauce) because I thought the sauce was too thick. The serving size is small but tasty.

Outstanding alternative to the fatty chinese restaurant alternative. I used rice wine vinegar instead of the white wine vinegar as that is what I had on hand and it was delicious!!! Served over brown rice, I just wanted to keep eating the sauce!!! Thank you helluvawoman for posting this new addition to our menu as we were getting tired of the same ole' stuff!!

This was outstanding! I used rice wine vinegar instead of white wine vinegar. It took 8 minutes to brown but only 1 minute to thicken. There was nothing left on our plates when we were done. This will be going in my 5 star cook book. Thanks, helluvawoman for posting.
