Oh my gosh! I LOVE these little bits of heaven! The creamy/salty feta with the chewy sweet/tart cranberries is a killer combo. Perfect make-ahead finger food for parties. Thanks so much - this will be in my repertoire for sure.

These are very pretty and very good. They definitely will look great on a table at Thanksgiving or Christmas. They will disappear so fast, your head will spin!Thanks for sharing this Derf!

We loved these for Thanksgiving. I used regular cream cheese and just zapped it in the micro for a minute and a half to make it spreadable. It is a great make ahead appetizer that travels well.

Loved the flavor combo in these! I used whole wheat tortillas and, other than scaling it down, made no changes to this tasty, simple recipe. Thanks, Derf, for another great one!

I was looking for something new to add to the rotation of the usual fare at family events — this was just the ticket. The perfect mixture of salty and sweet and absolutely different. It's also nice because the work is done ahead of time, and I can focus on the other 48 things I need to do at party-time. I might try adding chopped walnuts, but I'm not sure I want to mess with what I deem perfection.

I used spinach wraps and made these for a Chrismas party. They were gone quickly and looked very festive. Thanks for a great recipe.

I had about 1/4 cup of feta cheese left over and saw your recipe. I had a black bean/Salsa tortilla it would be perfect for one roll that I would serve along side our salad for lunch - Delicious worth every star.I was a little heavy habded on the cranberries but they tasted great Thanks Derf another winner

These were out of this world! They were super easy to make - I made the filling earlier in the day and assembled closer to when my gathering would start. I was unsure about the onion but followed the directions as written. I really mixed the filling well so there were not big chunks of feta cheese in the mixture. The sweet taste of the cranberries with the taste of the onion was OUTSTANDING! Looks like something you would have catered. Went over very well at the party. Will definitely make again!

I made these pretty pinwheels for my Christmas Open House primarily for their bright and appealing appearance. The outstanding taste was both a surprise and a bonus, and they will have a permanent spot on our Christmas party menu ! I saved some prep time by mixing the berries, feta and green onions into the cream cheese the night before rolling the pinwheels. This is an excellent recipe and I would like to thank Derf for sharing ! Chef Dee
