Beautiful combination of fresh ingredients. I am always delighted to note when people use fresh ingredients to create a recipe. Thank you for this, Chef, and please, do not keep your creativity to yourself... This recipe is wonderful. I did not use salt; with limes it was not necessary. The limes allow the flavours of other ingredients to tease our palates. A complete meal in one recipe entry into RSC#8... Brilliant. Pity, only 5's are the maximum allowed, but whatever the maximum Chef, your recipe is deserving of it all.

A quick easy chicken dish! Wonderful fresh flavours! I used a yellow pepper and a tiny piece of habanero for a little heat! My mango was sweet, but I added 1 tablespoon of sugar, it helps to blend the flavours of the fruit and vegetables. The bright colours of the salsa make a beautiful presentation. Nice recipe, thanks chef!

This is a great recipe! I mixed up the marinade and tossed the chicken in it before I left for work...perfect. We had to use the indoor grill, loved the salsa...used 2 serranos loved the heat! Brown rice is perfect with this dish! Thank you!

Yum!! We really enjoyed this recipe. Loved the lime and garlic flavour of the chicken and the salsa was so tasty and colourful. The meal looked gorgeous plated up and tasted even better. I subbed jalapenos for the serranos due to availability and left out the sugar. Wonderful dinner!!

amazing. I love fruit, but my mom's bf doesn't. I was chopping fruit and he was mad that he didn't have anything to eat for dinner, but he cleaned his plate. delicious, even with pasta

I really enjoyed the salsa - the flavours are indeed really fresh tasting and they blend together well. I enjoyed the chicken too, but the lime hadn't flavoured it as much as I thought - even with a good 12 hours marinading

I marinated the chicken for 1 hour as for the citrus would break the chicken down to much giving it an odd consistancy if marinated overnight! Also should be seasoned with salt and pepper before grilling. This is a very easy recipe with lots of fresh, bright, awakening flavor. The only thing I would add garlic into the salsa. And what better to serve it on then brown rice. All in all this was very very good! My type of meal. Great job on this recipe!

I think I expected more from this. I really liked it once the salsa had really blended (ie the next day) but my family was not too fussy on the salsa The chicken was a hit though. And I really liked the colours

My husband and I loved this recipe. Light, healthy, and tasted great. The only changes I made were omitting the lime juice (my husband detests limes), adding salt and pepper to the chicken before marinating, and using canned mangos (my grocery store was out of fresh). This will definitely be added to our usual rotation.
