This is the last recipe I tried and I'm very glad I made it - brilliant! A Caribbean Fajita!!! Everything worked together beautifully. Flavours - excellent. Instructions clear and easy to follow. Only thing, you can defiinitely add the WHOLE onion.LOL Excellent recipe, chef.

A real winner - Lovely blend of spices on the chicken and the sauce was the emerald in the crown - The sauce will go well with so many different wraps and other recipes like fish. Good luck in the contest

I love fresh ingredients and used freshly grated garlic and ginger. I took advantage of your suggestion, and did not use cayenne. it is not really necessary, with the combination of these ingredients, and as you suggest, it is optional. Eliminated use of salt in both the chicken prep steps and Cream Sauce (such a simple sauce, but so tasty and tropical. With fresh lime juice, allowing the freshness of tropical flavour, the addition of salt is not really compulsory... minor point., Fresh, ground Black pepper from the mill (to taste) is an added enhancement. Wonderful, wonderful. Thank you Chef for this delightful lunch entree. Kudos!!!

This is a fantastic recipe!! I made this for a late lunch/early dinner, and we really, really enjoyed it. I made some for my daughter that were fairly plain, without any onions or sauce and she loved it that way. My husband and I ate them with the squirt of lime and oh man...was it ever good! A nice change from the usual lunch fare, but would make a great dinner too. Thanks for creating a wonderful recipe!

What a wonderful recipe! My family l-o-v-e-d these so much. They definitely taste like a wrap that you would get at Applebee's. I made the sauce (using dried cilantro), chopped the veggies while the oven preheated and then seasoned the chicken breasts. I put the chicken breasts in the oven and baked at 450 degrees until done. I then put the bell pepper and onions around them and baked at 500 degrees for 10 minutes. Then I sliced the chicken. I put each on the table and let everyone make their own. The lime sauce was a perfect complement to the delicious chicken. Highly recommended!

The spice combination is excellent! I used a fresh clove of garlic and 1 teaspoon of fresh grated ginger, (I prefer fresh spices) sauteed the pepper and onion as directed. I did not cook the tomato. The Cilantro Cream is deeeelicious! I will make twice the amount next time! I used the spice mixture to season 1/2 small chicken breast and recommend increasing the amount of spices and vegetables for 4 servings, as written it would not feed my family of four!! A great, quick to prepare, very tasty recipe. Good luck CHEF!

Love these wraps! So easy and so delicious! I really like the fact that the ingredients were simple and there was so much flavor! Ingenious idea to make an RSC sandwich! I could not get flat bread so ended up using spinach and sun dried tomato tortilla wraps. Awesome Recipe! Good Luck Chef! — posted Mar 6, 2006, 2 members found this helpful UPDATE: This is the third time I have made this recipe and the last two times were for groups of friends. All of them asked for the recipe. This is just simply divine and goes great with Mango Margaritas!!

This is a really easy recipe loaded with taste! I followed the recipe exactly, but think it would be better after flattening the chicken, then slice it, then add the spices, etc. This is a terrific recipe! We loved the sauce, too! Thank you for a different, but delicious, recipe!

This made a very nice lunch. I loved the spice mixture on the meat, although I would make it hotter next time (personal preference). The cilantro cream sauce was lovely. Please note that under other circumstances I would have given this five stars, but as this is a contest, I only give five stars to a small number of recipes with a definite WOW factor. We really enjoyed this dish - thank you for inventing it. Good luck in the contest!

Very good use of the contest ingredients! We enjoyed them very much, loved the seasoning and the crunch of the peppers. I used no fat sour cream, it was the same taste as the fat kind. Made two with salsa flavoured wraps and two with cheese flavoured wraps. Another time I think I would add a little cheese to finish them off. The cream sauce was especially tasty! Thanks for submitting it to the contest and good luck!!
